Although our Customer Service Team Leader, Stephanie studied travel she’s the first to admit it wasn’t a passion until she ventured off to the US to work at Walt Disney. “Ever since I returned to Australia, I try to travel twice a year with the aim to explore and eat my way through one new destination at a time.” 

And just like a true Disney tale (with tears, laughter, happiness) one trip to the US in 2019 makes Stephanie still “cry with happiness.” “While the trip didn’t start off smoothly – all arrangements for the first five days were cancelled – it did not hinder the fun,” Stephanie recalls. “I visited new places I hadn’t been to before, caught up with Disney friends, lost my voice at two (bucket list) music concerts, screamed and ate my way through three Disney parks in a day and had even more fun than you would imagine at a friend’s bachelorette party in Las Vegas.” 

When Stephanie isn’t running amok in the US, she is busy in our Melbourne office ensuring that support and guidance is provided to all customers and communication is ongoing. “Every day is different - I could be answering pre-booking questions or speaking to customers about the post-tour feedback.”
