Today, embark on a private four-hour guided tour of Stockholm, delving deeper into the city's treasures. Our journey will traverse the main highlights of Stockholm aboard a comfortable coach, with a special focus on the enchanting old town, known as Gamla Stan in Swedish.
A visit to the iconic City Hall is also on the agenda, where entrance is included. Step inside to marvel at the breathtaking mosaics of the Golden Hall, the prestigious venue for the annual Nobel Peace Prize ball. Additionally, explore the Blue Hall, where the banquet preceding the ball takes place.
The city tour concludes back at your hotel, granting you some leisure time. Later, a coach will pick us up to transport us to the ferry terminal. We'll board the Tallink Sijla ferry, bound for Helsinki and passing through the Åland Islands at the entrance to the Gulf of Bothnia. This archipelago boasts around 6,500 skerries and islands, with fewer than a hundred being inhabited.
As evening descends, enjoy a buffet dinner on the ferry, accompanied by stunning views of the islands. Retire to your cabin for a restful night as the ferry sails through the serene waters.
Enjoy a delightful buffet breakfast on the ferry as we approach Helsinki. Upon disembarking, our group will rendezvous with a local English-speaking guide, and we'll board a private coach for an enriching three-hour exploration of Helsinki.
Discover the city's highlights, including the remarkable Temppeliaukio Church, affectionately known as the 'Church of Rock,' constructed into the bedrock in 1969. Another noteworthy site is the Sibelius monument, a striking sculpture dedicated to the late Finnish composer, Jean Sibelius. Nestled in Sibelius Park, this imposing structure comprises over 600 hollow steel pipes artfully welded together to form an abstract, undulating shape.
The tour concludes at your Helsinki hotel for check-in, allowing you the afternoon to leisurely explore more of the city. Uncover hidden gems within the central area, such as Senate Square and Helsinki Cathedral, as you immerse yourself in the rich cultural tapestry of this vibrant Finnish capital.
Following breakfast at your Helsinki hotel, we'll venture to the adjacent train station in preparation for our journey to Rovaniemi.
Renowned as the residence of Santa Claus, our destination boasts Arctic landscapes and dense forests. Yet, during this season, the surroundings transform drastically. The once white fields and snow-covered trees give way to lush greenery illuminated by the gentle radiance of the perpetual Midnight Sun.
Embarking on an extensive train ride north, you'll have ample time to gaze out the window and marvel at the Scandinavian wilderness unfolding before you. The journey will carry us beyond the Arctic Circle, reaching the far north of Finland. Upon arrival, a private coach will transport you from the railway station to another hotel for check-in.
The remainder of the afternoon and evening is yours to enjoy as you please. Consider savoring a meal at Sky Kitchen & View Restaurant, where you can relish the unique experience of dining under the still-bright Midnight Sun.
Embark on a morning adventure by boarding a tour bus from your Rovaniemi hotel, and let your inner child come alive as we explore the enchanting Santa Claus Village. Amid the Arctic surroundings, witness herds of reindeer and even have the chance to meet the jolly, bearded man himself – appearing notably at ease until the onset of winter.
Our journey north continues with a brief stop in Sodankylä, where you can admire the facade of the historic Sodankylä Old Church, dating back to 1689 and standing as one of Finland's oldest wooden churches. Take a break for lunch and some free time before we proceed to Saariselkä.
Upon reaching the Midnight Sun Village in Saariselkä, be captivated by your accommodation. For the next two nights, settle into your private Midnight Sun cabin, featuring a 360-degree glass roof for you to relish the Arctic summer view in all its glory.
Indulge in a leisurely morning, allowing yourself to unwind and absorb the serene surroundings.
Enjoy an included lunch at the hotel.
As part of today's included activity, you will meet a group of Siberian huskies. Join one of these spirited dogs on a wilderness hike, tied to a waist belt. As you traverse the scenic trail, your guide will enlighten you about arctic wildlife and plants. Take breaks to savor fresh berries, drink from a mountain stream, and immerse yourself in the unspoiled nature surrounding you. The route involves a moderate climb, making it ideal for moderately confident hikers.
Cap off the day with a hotel dinner and the Midnight Sun Photography Expedition. Make a captivating photo stop at the tranquil Lake Inari, a place ancient Laplanders believed to be the residence of Ukko, the Overgod. We’ll continue to a wilderness camp on the lake shore, where you'll enjoy a warm beverage and prepare a traditional Lapland midnight snack while anticipating the sun's descent toward the horizon.
Following breakfast at your Saariselkä hotel, we'll embark on the next leg of our journey through Finnish Lapland aboard a private coach.
Our morning unfolds with a visit to the quaint township of Inari. Here, we'll explore the newly renovated SIIDA museum and partake in a guided tour of the open-air exhibition. The museum showcases exhibits and artifacts that vividly portray the rich culture of the Finnish Sámi.
Lunch awaits at the museum restaurant before we resume our northern journey, crossing the border into Norway and ultimately arriving at Kirkenes in the afternoon.
Situated just a few miles from the border, Kirkenes played a strategic role during WWII, and remnants of that era are encapsulated in several museums and monuments. Additionally, Kirkenes is renowned for its king crab, a local delicacy that sustains the livelihoods of those in this frontier town.
In the evening, you'll check into your Kirkenes hotel.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before immersing yourself in the unique experience of the Snowhotel, Kirkenes 365. As the first-ever hotel constructed entirely from snow and ice, it transforms into a winter wonderland even in the heart of summer.
Enjoy a guided tour of the Snowhotel, complemented by a welcome drink. Don't miss the chance to visit the resident huskies and reindeer – the enthusiastic sounds of the pups are sure to warm your heart. Following the visit, you'll transfer from your hotel to the pier in preparation for boarding your ship.
As the ship sets sail, take note that there is no porterage service at Kirkenes pier, and the tour manager concludes their role after embarkation. Once on board, take some time to acclimate to your maritime surroundings and find your sea legs. Settle into your cabin for the night and anticipate the breathtaking views of the renowned Norwegian coast on this memorable sea voyage.
During the night, our ship makes stops at Mehamn and Kjøllefjord, followed by early morning visits to Honningsvåg and Havøysund.
In the early afternoon, immerse yourself in Hammerfest, boasting the largest population among the world's northernmost settlements. Explore the UNESCO-listed Meridian Column, browse for souvenirs at the Polar Bear Society, or hike the path behind the town leading to the viewpoint atop Mount Salen.
Continuing our cruise along Norway's coastline, we reach Øksfjord and then Skjervøy, a town surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks and a crucial fishing port since 1896.
Heading towards Tromsø, catch glimpses of the majestic Lyngen Alps, home to some of Norway's highest peaks. We dock at Tromsø just before midnight, remaining in port for a few hours. If the 24-hour daylight energizes you, take a stroll around the city under the Midnight Sun – you might be surprised by the bustling activity.
Embark on a captivating exploration of the Lofoten and Vesterålen archipelagos today, marking a highlight of our scenic route through Norway.
Following an early morning stop at Finnsnes, our ship makes a call at Harstad.
As we sail through the renowned islands of Lofoten and Vesterålen, anticipate breathtaking views of steep mountains, untouched wilderness, and charming fishing villages. Many of our guests consider this daylight route through the region to be the pinnacle of the voyage.
Following a brief stop at the quaint village of Risøyhamn, our journey takes us to Stokmarknes, the birthplace of The Hurtigruten Coastal Express over 125 years ago. Consider visiting the Hurtigrutemuseet here for a deeper understanding of our maritime history.
Continuing south, it may appear as if we are heading straight into a mountain. Rest assured, we are navigating a passage into the narrow Raftsund, flanked by peaks rising 1000m out of the sea.
Behold the awe-inspiring Trollfjord, where, weather permitting, we'll sail between sheer cliffs that seem almost within arm's reach – an unforgettable experience.
Our next destination is Svolvær where you can unwind in town at one of its many cafes, pubs, or restaurants.
Embarking on an essential 'rite of passage,' today marks our celebration of crossing the Arctic Circle on deck, featuring a nod to Arctic tradition with a spoonful of Norwegian cod liver oil. Although bidding farewell to the Polar region means parting ways with the Midnight Sun, the summer voyage continues to unfold with remarkably extended daylight hours.
Navigating along the Helgeland coast, you'll encounter the remarkable mountain, Torghatten, rising 258m above sea level. Renowned for the distinctive hole through its center, measuring 160m in length, 35m in height, and 20m in width, this geological marvel was shaped during the ice age.
A further highlight awaits as we sail past the Seven Sisters mountain range. According to legend, these seven peaks originated from seven beautiful troll sisters who, caught out at sunrise, transformed into stone, resulting in the creation of the seven stunning mountaintops.
Our journey includes a brief pause at the charming trading post of Nesna before advancing to Sandnessjøen.
Begin your day by exploring the historic royal city of Trondheim for a few enriching hours. Make a point to visit the grand Nidaros Cathedral, a magnificent structure built over the burial site of King Olav II, who reigned from 1015 to 1028.
As we bid farewell to Trondheim, our journey unfolds with a scenic sail past captivating island landscapes and some of Norway's tiniest communities, culminating in our arrival at Kristiansund and Molde.
Renowned as Norway's 'dried cod capital' due to its extensive export of salted dry fish, Kristiansund beckons with the option to embark on an excursion along the Atlantic Road, a National Scenic Route. This 8km stretch of highway boasts eight bridges, traversing picturesque landscapes surrounded by the open sea.
Today marks the conclusion of our Norwegian coastal cruise, but the final day with us promises a wealth of sights. Overnight, we'll make stops at Ålesund and Torvik, and as we approach Måløy, early risers may catch a glimpse of the northbound Coastal Express.
Before arriving in Bergen, take a moment to witness Nordfjord beneath the vast Jostedal Glacier, mainland Europe's largest glacier. The fjord widens to the east, stretching 90 km inland.
Our morning stop at Florø, Norway's westernmost community, allows you time to soak in the harbor and marina. Shortly after, as we depart, seize the opportunity to capture images of Stabben Lighthouse, a favored subject for photographers.
As we approach our final port in the afternoon, the ship will navigate through the last islands and skerries of our Norway scenic route, sailing down Hjeltefjord to reach Bergen, Norway's second-largest city.
Upon bidding farewell to the captain and crew, we'll embark on a city sightseeing tour of Bergen via a private bus. This includes a walking tour of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Bryggen, St. Mary's Church, and Håkon's Hall. The tour concludes at your Bergen hotel, where you'll check in. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. Explore the food stalls at the fish market or venture to the vibrant Hanseatic wharf at Bryggen for some souvenir shopping.
Enjoy the day at your own pace as you delve deeper into the captivating city. Embraced by seven mountains, Bergen is often hailed as "The Gateway to The Fjords," presenting an exquisite blend of unspoiled nature and vibrant culture.
Ascend to the pinnacle of Mount Fløyen for breathtaking panoramas of the city and its surrounding waterways. An unhurried journey aboard the funicular railway will effortlessly transport you to the summit.
Explore the extensive art collections and exhibits showcased across the four KODE museums and galleries. Additionally, meander through the array of shops, cafés, and restaurants encircling Market Square.
Our journey unfolds with a scenic train ride to Voss, where we'll then transition to a bus drive to Gudvangen. The highlight of the day awaits as we board a ferry to reach the charming village of Flåm, where we will spend the night.
Nestled amidst breathtaking fjord landscapes, Flåm offers a picturesque setting that captivates visitors with its natural beauty. With its unique blend of nature and culture, Flåm promises an unforgettable experience on your Norwegian journey.
Note: The ‘Norway in a Nutshell’ route from Day 15-18 is Norway’s most famous independent trip. The entire journey connects seamlessly and well signed in English. Transport service times are made to connect together making the whole trip effortless.
Baggage: To make the journey easier, your luggage will be transferred to Oslo ahead of you. Please make sure to take an overnight bag for your stay in Flam. Your luggage (max. 1 bag per person) is picked up from reception and will be available in your hotel in Oslo, the following evening.
We’ll continue our scenic train journey to Myrdal to reach Oslo where we’ll stay for the next two nights.
The capital city of Norway is a captivating destination that blends rich history with modern sophistication. Nestled at the northern end of the Oslofjord, this vibrant metropolis is renowned for its scenic beauty and thriving cultural scene.
Embark on a captivating 3-hour guided tour of Oslo today, led by a knowledgeable local guide. Discover the rich history and culture of the city, marvel at its key landmark, and take in beautiful views from Holmenkollen Hill. Delve into the artistic world of Gustav Vigeland as you explore the distinctive Sculpture Park, featuring over 200 sculptures in bronze and granite (please note, in case of inclement weather, we will visit the Fram Museum instead).

Many countries require a visa and obtaining the correct visa for your tour and any countries you may transit through is your responsibility. We recommend you check your visa requirements as soon as you have booked your tour. This will ensure you have time to prepare your documents and for your visa application to be processed. You can check the visa entry requirements for your nationality via our page here:

We recommend carrying a copy of the photo page of your passport while travelling and leaving a copy at home with family or friends.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended on all our tours. We require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation. It is also important to consider forced pre-tour cancellations and how your chosen insurance policy may cover such circumstances, so please keep this in mind when choosing your provider.
We strongly recommend all travellers have a policy that also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage or personal effects. For international tours, you will be asked by your tour leader for your travel insurance details if they were not already added to your Traveller Hub account pre-departure.
If you have credit card insurance your Inspiring Vacations tour leader or local guide may require details of the participating insurer/underwriter, the level of coverage, policy number, and emergency contact number rather than the bank's name and your credit card details. Please contact your bank for these details before arriving in-country.
Before you depart, you will be asked to submit your Travel Insurance details through the booking holder's Traveller Hub account through the Inspiring Vacations website. This is to ensure that we have this information readily available should we ever need it.

You should consult your doctor for up-to-date medical travel information or for any necessary vaccinations before departure. We recommend that you carry a first aid kit as well as any personal medical requirements in their original packaging as they may not easily be obtained while travelling. If you are carrying medication, ensure you check your government's foreign travel advice for any local restrictions or requirements. To secure your spot and enjoy the best rates, pre-booking these tours in advance is highly recommended. While some tours require a minimum number of participants to operate, you'll be fully refunded if the tour is cancelled at your destination for this reason. Travelling in a group
Travelling in a group means you will experience both the pleasures and perhaps at times, some of the frustrations of travelling with people you don’t know. The good news is you all have at least one thing in common: a love of travel and exploration. Your fellow travellers will probably come from different parts of the world, and fall into different age groups. We ask you to be understanding of the various needs and preferences of your group—patience with your fellow travellers is sometimes required for the overall benefit of the group.
We kindly ask that when you are requested to be at a place at a certain time that you respect this request from your tour leader or local guide. Due to privacy reasons, we are unable to provide you with contact details and any personal information about your fellow travellers booked on your tour before departure.
Community Guidelines
Inspiring Vacations does not tolerate any kind of violence, harassment (whether physical, verbal or sexual), or disrespect toward fellow travellers, our teams (Inspiring Vacations Tour Leaders and local expert guides) or local communities.
Any behaviour that prevents your Inspiring Vacations Tour Leader from continuing the itinerary as planned, breaks local laws or opposes any of these guidelines, may result in Inspiring Vacations removing you from the tour.
If something concerns you during your travels, please speak to your Inspiring Vacations Tour Leader immediately. Alternatively, when you are on-tour and require immediate support you can contact our Customer Support team and select the “On-Tour” option when listening to the options.
Itinerary Changes
Sometimes, unexpected things can happen, like unpredictable weather or higher-than-usual crowds at attractions. In these situations, your local guide might need to adjust the itinerary slightly.
This flexibility ensures you get the most out of your tour! Your guide will always keep you informed of any changes and explain the reasoning behind them. Remember, when travelling with a group, sometimes going with the flow can lead to even more amazing experiences.
Staying Connected
If you want to stay connected and access reliable internet while on tour, there are a few options available. It is possible to purchase a virtual sim and we recommend contacting your mobile phone provider for assistance in doing so. You can add a roaming data plan to your existing phone contract is another option, albeit an expensive one. You will need to arrange this before departure. Purchasing a local SIM at the airport is the final option. For a prepaid fee, you can get data by simply swapping your current SIM with your new SIM and depending on which package you purchase, you’ll be able to text and make phone calls, just as you would at home.
Getting Around
Getting around Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark during the summer is enjoyable and convenient, thanks to well-developed transportation systems, extensive outdoor routes, and mild weather.
While exploring Scandinavia, some days will feature longer drives as we journey through stunning landscapes and connect iconic destinations. Though these travel days can feel lengthy and occasionally a bit uncomfortable, our comfortable coach, scenic views, and planned breaks will help make the journey more manageable, ensuring you're ready for the next unforgettable experience.
Hotel Ratings
Star ratings can differ between countries, reflecting diverse standards and amenities. To give you the most accurate picture possible, we don't just rely on a single source for hotel ratings. We go beyond by researching various trusted travel websites like Tripadvisor and Booking.com. This allows us to analyse a wider range of genuine customer reviews and experiences, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the hotel's typical star rating.
This means you can book with confidence, knowing the hotel has a strong track record of satisfied guests.
Accommodation Details
This package utilises comfortable business hotels conveniently located for easy access to transportation and restaurants. Keep in mind that Nordic design emphasises clean lines and functionality, so rooms tend to be cosy compared to what you might be accustomed to in other regions.
While some amenities like tea kettles may not be standard, hotels provide comfortable beds and essential toiletries. The focus is on a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure! If you require specific amenities, it may be best to plan ahead or to speak to hotel staff directly to see how they can assist you.

Packing Essentials
To ensure your comfort we suggest you pack layers, including a light jacket, raincoat, and warmer clothing for evenings. Even in summer, it can get cold, particularly in the mountains or near fjords.
Bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light when sleeping, as it may not get dark at all, even at night.
Climate
Mild but Variable Weather: Summer in the Nordics and Baltics is generally pleasant with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C (59°F to 77°F). However, weather can be unpredictable, with sudden rain showers, especially in Norway and Finland. Coastal areas can be windy, and evenings may be chilly.
In northern parts of Norway, Sweden, and Finland (especially above the Arctic Circle), the sun doesn’t set during the summer months, resulting in 24-hour daylight from May to July. In Denmark and southern areas, you’ll experience long days, with up to 18–20 hours of daylight.

Currency and ATMs
Finland uses the Euro (EUR), Norway uses the Norwegian Krone (NOK) and Sweden uses the Swedish Krona (SEK). Throughout Finland, Norway and Sweden, credit cards are the preferred method of payment for most transactions. Visa and Mastercard are the most universally accepted. You'll be able to use them for hotels, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. While credit cards are king, carrying some local currency can be helpful for smaller purchases at markets, cafes, or public restrooms that might not accept cards.
You'll find ATMs in most cities, towns, and tourist areas throughout both countries, though they are rare in the north of Finland. Look for signs with international networks like Visa Plus, Mastercard Cirrus, or Maestro.
Be aware that your home bank and the ATM operator may charge you fees for international withdrawals. Check with your bank before your tour to understand their foreign transaction fees.
For your cruise all onboard purchases can be paid for by credit card but if you wish to pay in cash the onboard currency is the Euro (EUR).
Food and Allergies
The Nordic region offers a delicious culinary adventure, with fresh seafood, hearty stews, and delightful pastries. However, if you have food allergies or dietary requirements, it's important to be aware of a few things.
While major cities and tourist destinations are increasingly accommodating dietary needs, some traditional dishes may present challenges. Rye bread, a staple across the region, is high in gluten. Dairy features prominently in many dishes, from creamy sauces to cheeses like Jarlsberg and Brunost. The good news is that awareness of dietary restrictions is growing. Many restaurants offer gluten-free options, and lactose-free milk alternatives are becoming more common. When making reservations, communicate your dietary needs. Travel with a phrasebook or translation app to help you explain your requirements in restaurants.
Local supermarkets also stock a growing selection of gluten-free and dairy-free products, allowing you to manage some meals on your own. Speciality stores catering to dietary needs can be found in major cities.
By planning, researching restaurants, and being open to exploring alternative options, you can still enjoy the delightful flavours of this region on your tour!
While travelling with Inspiring Vacations you'll enjoy iconic sightseeing, as well as experience the vast array of culinary offerings. While many meals will be eaten together with your group, not all meals are included in your tour which gives you maximum flexibility in deciding where, what, and with whom to eat. If you have dietary requirements and/or food allergies, please let our Customer Support Team know before departure. Your Inspiring Vacations Tour Leader or local representative will also be able to give suggestions on which restaurants to try during your tour.
While our partners will assist you where they can, there may be some included meals that are decided in advance and therefore cannot be altered or modified for different diets. For those with a particular food allergy, your guide will endeavour to advise the main ingredients in the dishes consumed. It is, however, still your responsibility to ensure that you do not ingest any problematic ingredients.
Local Customs
It's always a good idea to learn something about local customs before you travel. The Nordic region is known for its friendly and relaxed culture, but a few social customs can help you blend in seamlessly. Respecting personal space is key – queues tend to be orderly with space between people, and greetings are often casual. While tipping isn't mandatory, rounding up a bill or leaving a small token of appreciation for exceptional service is always welcome. By following these simple guidelines, you'll be well on your way to a smooth and enjoyable cultural experience.
People in the Nordics tend to be more reserved compared to some other European countries. Expect less small talk, and when using public transport, it’s common to maintain a quieter demeanour.
Responsible Dining
We support the protection of endangered species around the world. Although a global ban on commercial whaling came into effect in 1986, approximately 1,000 whales are still being killed every year. We do not visit places that serve whale meat on any of our tours, nor will your leader guide you to where it is offered.
Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark prioritise sustainability, so be a responsible traveller by following designated trails, minimising waste, and opting for local, seasonal food options whenever possible. Traditional cuisine features fresh seafood, reindeer meat, and hearty stews. Vegetarian options might be limited, especially in smaller towns.
Tipping
A friendly reminder that tipping is not included in your package for days 1- 16. While tipping is not customary, it's of great significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels, inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry across many destinations. If you wish to reward good service, the suggested amounts are:
Guide: €5-6 per person, per day
Driver: €5-6 per person, per day
For your cruise the service charge is included. Onboard bar purchases will incur a gratuity, automatically added to all purchases at 15%.
Safety and Security
Most national governments provide regularly updated foreign travel advice on safety issues involved with international travel. We recommend that you check your own government's advice for the most up-to-date travel information before departure and ensure that your travel insurance covers you for all destinations and activities on your tour.
Your Inspiring Vacations local representative will accompany you on all included activities listed on the itinerary, however, you'll have some free time to explore on your own. While your local guide will assist you as best they can with your requests and the options available outside your itinerary, please note Inspiring Vacations makes no representations about the safety of the activity or the standard of the operators running the activity. Please use your judgement when selecting an activity in your free time.
Please also note that your Inspiring Vacations local guide has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it's deemed necessary due to safety concerns.
Apps to Download
Some useful apps you may want to consider downloading before your tour include Google Translate, the lens function is especially useful when wanting to read product labels, signs, and menus. Google Maps with offline maps downloaded is great for easy navigation without being reliant on wifi.
We generally always recommend that you download a reliable transportation app for the country you are visiting in case you need to get around on your own.
In Norway, Vy is a popular app for train travel. It offers ticket booking, schedules, real-time updates, and even taxi booking options in some areas.
In Finland, HSL is an app specifically for Helsinki and its surrounding areas, providing information on buses, trams, metro, and commuter trains. The 02 Taksi app in Finland compares the taxi companies in your area so you can choose one based on the best price or the best customer rating.
In Sweden, SL is a Stockholm public transport app that helps with schedules and ticket purchases for buses, trains, and ferries in the capital region.
Bolt is a ride-sharing app that is available in Finland, Norway and Sweden, and offers a convenient way to book taxis or private cars.
Post-Tour Feedback
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to a post-purchase survey, which is your opportunity to share your feedback with us on your booking experience and interactions with our Sales and Customer Success teams. This feedback is invaluable to ensure that we are servicing our customers to the best of our ability.
Furthermore, towards the end of your travels and while you are in your destination, you will receive an email from us with a link to an in-depth trip survey. Your tour leader or local guide may also provide you with a QR code that you can scan using your device to access our survey straight away. It is very important to us that we hear from our customers to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed customers' expectations, so this will be your opportunity to let us know how your trip has been, what has worked well and potentially what could be improved.
Finishing Point
Your finishing hotel may differ from the original itinerary. Please refer to your final documentation which will be provided approximately 14-30 days before departure for your confirmed hotel list. If you need to book additional post-tour accommodation, please do so once you have the final hotel list. We recommend booking a flexible rate that can be changed or cancelled without penalty should there be any unforeseen changes to your booking.
Travellers will depart at various times throughout the day depending on flights booked. Check-out time is generally from 10am-12pm. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel reception and spend your final moments of free time exploring the area or please speak with hotel staff if you would like to extend your check-out time. This service is subject to availability and will likely come at an additional cost payable directly.
