Easter Eggstravaganza

Begins 6:00am AEDT, 7 April 2023 and ends 11:59pm AEDT, 14 April 2023.

This promotion is a game of chance. Eggs will automatically appear on site in random locations and every egg reveals a prize when clicked on. Eggs will be visible to all entrants who are signed into Inspiring Vacations (www.inspiringvacations.com). It is free to sign up to Inspiring Vacations.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.

1. Purple Eggs: $150 AUD per person Inspiring Vacations voucher

This will be awarded electronically in the format of a voucher code after selecting a purple egg.

The voucher can be redeemed on any new booking made at inspiringvacations.com and cannot be used in combination with other Inspiring Vacations vouchers or codes, or applied to an existing booking. The voucher must be redeemed during the competition period.

Cash may not be awarded in lieu of the voucher and the voucher is strictly non-transferable.

Eligibility for the Purple Eggs

Entry is open to all Australian residents who satisfy the method of entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to book and utilise the voucher code. Travel agents are not eligible. Employees, contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible.

2. Golden Egg: 1 x complimentary booking with Inspiring Vacations, valued up to $9,999 AUD

The golden egg will appear randomly onsite during the competition period. First to find the Golden Egg can submit their details via the pop-up form that will appear and an Inspiring Vacations team member will be in touch to redeem their prize. This will be issued in the format of a $9,999 AUD voucher code.

Once the Golden Egg form has been submitted, no other Golden Eggs will appear on site for the duration of the promotion.

This prize is valid for one transaction at inspiringvacations.com. Should the chosen holiday exceed the total booking value of $9,999 AUD, the difference in funds can be paid by the winner. If the chosen holiday booking value is less than $9,999 AUD, no further funds or credits will be provided. This voucher code is valid for one time use only and must be redeemed before April 28, 2023.

This prize cannot be used in combination with other Inspiring Vacations vouchers or codes, or applied to an existing booking. Cash may not be awarded in lieu of the voucher and the voucher is strictly non-transferable.

Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to verify the validity of the Golden Egg prizewinner, and disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements listed below. In this case, the Golden Egg will reappear onsite in a random location to be found by a new winner.

Eligibility for the Golden Egg

Entry is open only to Australian residents of the eligible states/territories who satisfy the method of entry. This excludes entrants from ACT, SA and NT. The winner must be over the age of 18. Travel agents are not eligible. Employees, contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible.

Prize Notification and Claim

Winners of the purple egg vouchers will be notified immediately following the click of any purple eggs via a pop-up. This will contain the voucher code to use to redeem their prize.

The winner of the Golden Egg prize will be notified immediately following the click of the randomly-located golden egg. The winner will be asked to submit their details and a member of Inspiring Vacations will reach out by email or phone call within 72 hours of the form submission. This initial communication will ask for their official acceptance of the prize and all Terms and Conditions. Instructions on how to proceed with their booking and voucher claim will then follow.

If a winner is drawn and they do not respond with their acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of the initial communication, the golden egg will be released back onsite at the discretion of Inspiring Vacations for a new winner to find. If a runner-up winner is contacted and they do not respond within 48 hours of the initial communication being sent, this grandprize will be forfeited.

If the entrant has provided an incorrect email address or phone number, Inspiring Vacations cannot be held responsible as a consequence if the prize is ultimately redrawn.

Once the booking made using the Golden Egg voucher is confirmed, no changes to the departure date or traveler details can be made.

2. Entry into this competition is deemed to be in acceptance of these conditions. Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
   
3. Once awarded, the Inspiring Vacations voucher and its full value become the responsibility of the winner. Should you misplace the voucher code or diminish the balance due to user error, no refund or replacement will be applicable. This applies to both the Purple Egg and Golden Egg winners.
   
4. Our travel packages are subject to availability at the time you book.
   
5. Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to our website.
   
6. The prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred.
   
7. If the prize redeemed does not meet the minimum requirements for departure, Inspiring Vacations will offer alternative dates.
   
8. The Golden Egg winner will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the redeemed trip’s detailed itinerary. This could include airfares and/or transportation to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, meals, and other excluded expenses, payable by the prize winner if not included in the package.
   
9. All communication regarding bookings made for your awarded tour will be sent via email. It will be the responsibility of the winner to notify us of any changes to contact details.
   
10. Should you be forced to cancel your booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply and no credit or refund of the tour value or date change would be applicable.
    
11. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations terms & conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking, or compensation will be available. Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to: (a) war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; (b) natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; (c) nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; (d) epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or (e) change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
    
12. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
    
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
