Booking Information

Below are some typical guidelines and advice in relation to your booking, please read these carefully. 

You can access your order information on the Traveller Hub for realtime updates on your order.

Airfares 

Most of our tours do not include Airfares to and from the start of and of the tour. However we do sell flight inclusive packages and if you have one of these you will be notified as to when we will book your flights. For all other packages you must arrange these independently and at your own expense.

Fitness Requirements 

For the range of domestic packages we offer, our travel partners have fitness requirements in place to ensure your suitability and full enjoyment of the tour. Should you have any physical limitations, please ensure you notify us immediately so we can advise our travel partner accordingly for their assessment. 

Terms and Conditions

Upon booking, you have agreed to our terms and conditions. A copy of these would have been sent to your with your order confirmation. You can access the latest terms and conditions here. Note that if you have used an account balance to make your new booking, that all payments remain non-refundable as per the terms applicable to that credit.

Passport Information

For all international tours and some domestic tours passport information is required. Please ensure that you have provided your names as per your passport. If your name has been submitted incorrectly, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred to amend the name on your booking. If you are yet to provide, please send us an email so we can update your records. 

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you arrange your travel insurance as soon as possible. When travelling, you may be asked to present a copy of your travel insurance documentation. You are welcome to choose any provider that suits your individual needs. We offer cover through nib Travel Insurance. This can be booked directly here . Please note we cannot provide advice on any Travel Insurance product.

Travel Advice

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of conditions in their intended destination before and during their travel. We recommend you visit the relevant government website of your destination country for official and updated advice. 

Visas or Permits

Visas or an entry permit may be required for your journey, even domestically given current circumstances. Please ensure you are prepared prior to your departure and are familiar with any need to self-isolate prior to the commencement of your tour. Whilst we cannot submit any visa application on your behalf, we will provide you with all the details that you need at the appropriate time, where required. It is not possible to apply for a visa until you are inside 3 months of your departure, so rest assured that you will have plenty of time to finalise those arrangements.

Tour documentation

You can expect your final documentation to be emailed to you between 2-4 weeks before departure, though we always endeavour to send this to you sooner. Your documentation will be provided on behalf of our travel partner.
